• You don't need WPS on your PC, but you need an available USB port. WPS allows you one method to securely connect this adapter to the wireless router for your network. If you have wifi, you can use this adapter to connect your PC to the internet. Connect the adapter, install the drivers and/or software, select your wifi network, and manually enter the password to connect to the Internet.

• Yes, Just plug it in to an open USB port install the drivers and you will be able to connect to your wireless network.

• The device has a button on the side that allows it to utilize WPS. Bit of a side note, most desktops have no need for WPS unless they have built in wireless cards (most don't). Make sure your wireless router has WPS (most do). Install drivers, plug in USB, push WPS button on Router then push WPS button on USB and you should be good

• I am not sure I completely understand you question, but I will try to answer it. I am confused about "My PC does not have WPS." Your router (if wireless) should have WPS. That is what you would use to do a WPS connect. The A6210 has a little WPS button on it's side that you press after you press another WPS button on your router/gateway. Regardless, you can always do a manual connect instead of a push button (WPS) connect.

• Yes you can still use this with older hardware. Software is provided on their website if it doesn't install itself nicely.
