IS THIS A MODEM AND ROUTER IN ONE OR JUST A MODEM? null

Hi KTHO This is only a modem. It does not have any routing, voice or Wi-Fi capabilities. It is only a modem for ISP’s that are coax cable for the connection to the service provider. I bought it for use with my Xifinity/Comcast internet service.

This is just a modem. You would need to buy router separate.
