“I have another building on my property with stone on the front of it. I have a strong signal just outside of the building . Inside the building I have some signal in some areas and none in other. Will this extender or another one help?”

If you can get reasonable signal at the location that the extender would be plugged in, it will help. I bought two of these for the same reason, and they solved my wifi coverage problems.
