• A:Answer Hello, If you mean you want to replace the software installed with the modem/router, no you can not do that. If you mean you can installed your VPN DNS and IP address on it to obtain service, yes you can. You will need to supply your unit Serial number and Mac address to your VPN for their servers to recognize you and allow access. Both of them are printed on the side of the unit for reference.

• A:Answer Sorry, not a gamer. GREAT for TV!! BEWARE: you'll get a call from a guy in India who will offer to "Clean your computer". He'll ask if it's OK for him to look inside your computer and ask you to turn off some things. Think twice about the $200 or more he wants to charge you to look around in your computer and "clean it". I did not have anything missing however, it seemed awful suspicious to me!
