• A:Answer One year - I believe. Mine started to act up when the warranty was about to expire. Unfortunately, I called Comcast too late to figure out the device is not working right. Now I have an expired warranty and not-properly-working device.

Q: QuestionI already has an Orbi WiFi Mesh system so won’t need the Router but need the modem and extra Ethernet ports, so can the WiFi be disabled in the app or does it stay on all the time?

• A:Answer Yes you can disable the wifi in the settings. But I wouldn't buy this just for ethernet ports. For the Best All-Around Budget Network Switch get the TP-Link TL-SG108 (Unmanaged) the only con is it has No Loop Detection.

• A:Answer not if it is isp controlled.. i use geo filtering,and its wonderful. get a netgear modem docsis 3.1 and a netgear rx300 cheapest of the better routers and geo filtering works great.. both together cost the same as this all in one unit
