“with the satellite do I need to just plug into the wall or do I need any other special things to get vest performance”

• The satellite does need to plug into the wall for power but not for internet. It receives wifi from the main router and then transmits that out from itself to the area it is in extending the coverage/range.

• You just plug it into the wall and follow the setup instructions, the cool thing with the satellite is the ability to hard wire a device with the ethernet out for better performance.
