• Yes, this item supports 2.4 GHz. I can see those devices that are connected to 2.4 and 5.0 in their app. BTW, you can only set this up with the app and you will have to create a Netgear account. The account is free and set up automatically registers your device. Be sure not to remove the QR code sticker until after set up.
