I hope they do. This router was literally the worst router I have ever had, rebooted almost everyday, fan never turned on, unit was hot, connection was unreliable, after 3 replacements, from them, I told them I want my almost $400.00 back! Sent them back their routers. It was the WORST customer service ever. They have lost me as a customer!! I switched to Linksys, havent had 1 problem yet, its been 3 months, knock on wood.
