“Will this router improve wired internet speed on ps5? I currently have the cm1200 modem and ac1750 netgear router butni can’t get even close to my internet plan of 1200 mb.”

I have a 400mb plan via spectrum and got 450mbps on a wired connection. It should work as long as the modem is rated for your ISP's plan. You can check this by plugging the PS5 into the modem directly to the modem with a short 2'-6' Cat 6 cable, and running a speed test from the PS5's system menu.

I have the T25 SURFboard DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem and the RX120 router. With wireless AX I get around 900+ Mbps about 10 feet from the router using a laptop with an ax wireless card. .
