• It absolutely WILL help you gain speeds that you're paying for. Don't know why the BB associate said it wouldn't. I had Spectrum/Time Warner and I was only getting around 125 mbps wirelessly of the 300 I was paying for, with their router. As soon as I installed the Nighthawk, I was getting 260-270 consistently.
