This router has no issue reaching all the way to the street at my 3000 sq ft house. Not many people REQUIRE mesh networking.

But that range also depends on where your router would be located at. If you are looking for range only and not speed or newer wifi 6 capability, then go with Orbi. Orbi also has a wifi 6 model available now but very expensive currently.
