Not sure what you mean by AT&T Wi-fi connection? But, this modem is not on AT&T compatibility list for their Internet service. AT&T provides a modem signal and Wi-Fi is included if you have a Modem/Router vs just a modem. If you have just an AT&T modem without the router, then you can use almost any WiFi Router or Mesh system to provide your W-Fi signal. You would not do that with a modem/router. Check with AT&T is you think you want this unit, to see if it is compatible.
