Mediacom Connectivity I currently have Mediacom as a provider. Can I attach this device to me Mediacom Router to increase performance??

Not necessarily. Too many things can cause performance issues (i.e. network card, bad modem, bad router). best bet would be to have Mediacom come out and do a performance test before modem and then at modem to see where issue lies. They may be able to fix issue without replacing any hardware. If you are just looking for better wifi performance then yes this will work.

If you have a Mediacom Router, then no I would not get this since you have a router. If you want best performance the you would want to get the best Modem Mediacom has to offer then buy this router.
