“My home has two circuit boards, each with multiple circuits breakers. Must the router and the DST Extender be plugged into the same circuit breaker or circuit board to work as designed?”

From my experience with other powerline adapters, yes. If the DST is on one circuit and the router is on another then there is no physical connection between the two devices.

In my experience, yes. However I never saw this clearly stated, and is a huge limitation, especially considering the purpose of the product.

Yes...its so stupid how this works! Other extenders dont matter as long as it can reach the wifi of the router to extend it more.

No, you can plug it to any power source, the router send signal to DST and DST extend the signal,

No the adaptor picks up the wifi signal from the main router
