“i am out in a rural setting , no high speed available . i use a Huawei mobile internet stick plugged into a wifi router with powered usb port . Creating my own hotspot within the house . Can you recommend this router or any other to replace my router ?”

I would not recommend this router for that setup. I have a modem and service through Spectrum and the AC2600 would drop WiFi calls, drop Internet connection constantly. Especially at the price of the router. The AC4200 is what I got to replace the 2600 and it’s 100 times better and it’s cheaper as well.
