I had a similar problem and the way I finally "fixed" it was to hold the reset button down for 30 seconds which reset the unit to factory default. You'll have to go through the setup of the modem again but at least it worked .... for me anyway.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This may not be your problem but you can replace the cable from your modem to your modem. I experienced the problem of a cable going bad and it is hard to diagnose.
