“I just bought one of these from u guys. Worked great. But now I can't connect . I turned it off. Reset it and everything. What can I do. I know it's not broken”

• I had a similar problem and the way I finally "fixed" it was to hold the reset button down for 30 seconds which reset the unit to factory default. You'll have to go through the setup of the modem again but at least it worked .... for me anyway.

• If you factory reset it it will be the default name and password, also have you installed genie?

• This may not be your problem but you can replace the cable from your modem to your modem. I experienced the problem of a cable going bad and it is hard to diagnose.
