If your router has a 2 networks showing (SSID) and a 2nd SSID that says "5G" use the first SSID for the Ring doorbell. regular Wi-Fi is a little slower but has better range, the "5G" on some routers has better speed but less coverage range. Also look on support forums for Ring doorbell, they sometimes recommend what channel to set your router radio frequency to for optimal connection.
