Is this CenturyLink compatible? null

This is not a modem it is a router. As long as the modem you have from the cable company has a RJ45 connection (standard - highly unlikely that it doesn't) then you should be able to plug the wire that currently goes from your modem to your computer into the router. The same kind of cable would then be used to plug in one of the four ports on the back of the modem to the computer, if your not running the computer wirelessly. Most companies will only guarantee service to the modem and not the network. That is where the NetGear genie app comes in handy.
