Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, I am not sure if we have the same problem. But I recently purchased the same product. I had a difficult time getting it to work. I had to call Netgear and have it activated. I was on hold for almost 2 hours. I was not happy at all. But, I think if you go on there website and register your Netgear and provide your proof of purchase it may easier. I can tell you that you need to register it and it took all of 2 minutes for them to get it work. I wasn't happy with the lack of instructions but it's been working fine now that it's been activated.
