Does it have a phone cable? null

This device does not allow for phone lines to be connected directly to it, only ethernet cables.

No, this isn't a modem, just a router. No DSL or Fax connection

It does not. I wanted to maintain the landline via current TWC modem/router and could not find one that was "approved" by TWC. I kept the TWC modem and connected the Netgear AC 1900 R7000 to the TWC unit via the Ethernet cable. The setup wizard on the R7000 detected the connection and walked me through simple configuration so I could have the features of the R7000 and keep the landline.

No, it does not. It is not a cable modem. Only share the internet service from your modem to more computer either wireless or by ethernet cable. It has Only usb ports and ethernet port
