• The Nighthawk can replace fios router by essentially becoming the wifi part of the setup. Turn off all wireless on the fios and let the Nighthawk be the wifi gateway for everything and the fios router becomes just a modem to the internet. Good Luck!

• This router will work with any ethernet in put hard wired or you can use it with an ethernet 2 wifi device that creates a hard wired connection. If you are looking to boost a signal than you need something like a range extender that picks up s signal and rebroadcasts it.
