R8000 is the specific model. All different names for the same thing.

Hey HandyMan72 so the R8000-100NAS is the model#. Nighthawk X6 AC3200 is simply the description but same router were talking about.

That is part of the name of this model router. The full name of the router is: Netgear Nighthawk X6 Tri-band Wi-Fi Router AC3200 Model: R8000. So when people reference this router they only use part of the router name.

Because the Netgear model is R8000, but the way it's marketed it is in the Nighthawk family of routers.
