A:Answer Without know ALOT more about your home/construction/layout it is hard to answer this question. Having said that I will add you have some tools that will help you resolve this issue. First lets clear up some ambiguity. You say that your tvs/apple are hard wired. I assume by this you mean that an Ethernet cable runs from those devices to the Orbi which is fine. But is that same satellite hard wired back to the base station? More than likely the answer is 'No'. If everything I wrote above is correct, then read on...
This wireless back haul to the base station is probably your issue. In the future when you experience the loss of connectivity to the TVs log into your Orbi and check the connection strength to the living room satellite. If it has dropped, ask yourself what has changed? Hair dryer running? Microwave on? Lights, furnace... you get the idea. Another thing you can do now is log into the Orbi and see if you can move the satellite or base station to improve the signal strength. Finally if running a wired connection to the base station is an option, I suggest doing that, the will solve the problem permanently. -Best wishes!
