Simple answer: No. This is a wireless access point with router so it needs a wired Internet connection. What you need is aomething called a "range extender" or "wifi bridge". That will boost the signal from your iPhone so you can use that hotspot all over your home. Putting your iPhone near a window closest to the cell tower and the extender about 8 to 10 feet away will give the best performance. Here are a few caveats: iPhone hotspots limit the number of devices which can connect. The range extender doesn't hide the number of devices behind it so if your limit is 5 that is all you'll get. Data usage rates apply for your hotspot. So using this as a wifi option over cable internet might not be the best value.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I highly doubt it. The root or main radio connects via cat-5 to your isp modem. The remote radios connect to the hub only. Unless your cellphone has the ability to have a cat-5 cable out to the root Orbi radio, I don’t think it will work the way you are wanting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Orbi router system requires a direct Ethernet connection to your home's modem and a subscription through an Internet Service Provider.
