The large Orbi becomes your new router. The 2 smaller ones are the satellites so you would still need 1 large and 1 small for your issue. The spare one you could place somewhere else upstairs to make the signal strong throughout or midway between the 2 rooms to make sure the entire signal reaches your downstairs room or maybe just look for only 1 satellite set.
