“I am looking for a mesh system to extend our wifi service about 400 ft. Or so outside to a work shop that is cinder block. Want to have wifi signal while inside the shop... please let me know. Thanks”

Realistically, that is too far away to get a reliable signal. The easiest solution would be to get a CAT6A cable out to the shop (technically 400 is out of Ethernet range as well, but if you don't need PoE and what you are doing in the shop is not too bandwidth intensive it will probably work).
