“I bought the ORBI 3 PK AC2200 Model # RBK43 -100NAS from Best Buy (I guess Best Buy is the only who sells that system). Does this work with that? Descrp says it works with Orbi Router (RBR50 or RBR40) or Orbi Pro Router (SRR60). Doesn't mention RBK43”

Yes. The ORBI, RBK43-100NAS comes with 1 - Router (RBR40) and 2 - Satellites (RBS40), the Outdoor satellite (RBS50Y) is compatible with the RBR50, RBR40, RBR20 or SRR60 ORBI routers.
