What kind of speeds does you provider say you should be getting? This system will give you strong wifi throughout your home but if you aren't getting great speeds from your provider this won't help a lot. This just gives you the ability to wirelessly connect more devices, I'm running about 20 things wireless and direct connect and it's pushing strong signal all over the house with no slow downs.

We recommend contacting them to check your connection. If the issue is that your devices are having issues connecting with your current router because there are too many trying to connect at once, you're out of range of the WiFi signal it's putting out, etc, you may see an improvement across all connected devices (depending on what router you are currently using) as the Orbi is designed to cover approximately 2,000 sq. ft. per device (router, satellites) under its AC3000 Tri-Band mesh network.
