• Yes it runs both just fine and you can setup guest ports as well.

• Yes it does both at the same time. Your device will determine the hand off. If I have my iPhone near the router I am on 5Mhz, but if I walk towards the rear of the house the phone switches to 2.4. Remember that 5Mhz doesn't have the range of 2.4

• The Orbi is designed to connect on the band that will offer the best performance based on a number of factors. It will not connect a single device on both bands simultaneously.
