• You might try a system reset if your product has one. The NETGEAR - Powerline AC1200 Gigabit Ethernet I purchased came with one. Then try it again with different outlet. No idea why it would do this.

• Not sure why, but mine stopped working all of a sudden too, no idea why, maybe the outlets are older standard like yours?
