“i have a phone land line jack in my kitchen but the base phone set has to be connected to the Phone Jack System. this has not worked. will this set let me plug one into kitchen phone jack and power and plug my base phone into the office second box?”

• No. This will not accept a phone jack. This is for an Ethernet cable only.

• Ethernet is not a phone jack- you will need to plug into Electrical socket near your router and run ethernet from the rout to the unit, then plug the second unit into a electrical socket near where you want a "wired" internet connection to be and plug int he ethernet cable, then pair them by pressing the button on the side of the units
