Yes..Down load the NetGear Genie that will help you set up your router. You can get in touch with NetGeart tech support that is a Big Help. I have a samsung tablet with the help of NetGear tech support they connect my IP address to my router IP address and it work . You want have to pay for wifi hot spot.

Your router and modem combo has nothing to do with your operating system. It should be just fine with devices that work with any windows software including windows 10.

Yes, no problems as of yet... But you know how Windows can be. I'd make sure you stay on top of updates with the router if you do any Windows updates though too; that's where I usually encounter issues. Hope this helps.
