That's a sure sign that your router is toast. The reliability on these guys is pretty good. NETGEAR would know if NETGEAR will offer up a replacement. NETGEAR routers are backed by a NETGEAR limited 1-year Hardware Warranty. If it's bad, they should replace it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hmmmm, i don't know why you are having those issues, i bought mine about a year ago and works wonders, anything can connect and never looses connection, and at great speeds, i would call netgear or the store you bought it at and try and get another one, sounds like you just got a faulty one
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just bought a R6220 11/17/17 and it died today. Netgear wants $49.95 to fix it by taking over my laptop. NO WAY! So I guess I am out around $100 bucks. I am very leary about getting another netgear at this point.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same problem within a week of getting the router. Absolutely horrible
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had similar problems. I called customer support and they changed the channels and some of the geeky numbers, then it worked fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have you tried powering off both Modem and Wiifi at the same time? power off both for 30 secs then power on wifi then modem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have had this router going for about 16 months now with no problems at all. I think we had to turn it off and on maybe twice in all that time. In fact it's a dream compared to the abysmal Comcast router we had before. Perhaps there are some environmental issues interfering with your signal, like other transmitters, or perhaps its setting might be a factor. Or possibly you just have a defective one. Maybe either Best Buy or more likely Netgear will replace it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try using a shorter patch cable between your modem and wireless router. Also if you can mount the wireless router higher up the wall where there is less obstructions for the signal. I hope this was helpful.
