Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can use both. Make sure your modem is in bridge mode and as the gate way. Turn off the Wi-Fi on your DSL if there is one. Connect it to your wireless router and depending if you have dynamic IP address or static your setting may differ a little but if your keep it obtain IP address automatically it will be a real easy set up. If you have problems from that point Google bridging my DSL to a wireless router and it will take you step by step. Hope this helps.
