It sounds like you have Wi-Fi and Blue Tooth confused. Lets start with you router question. The price goes up as the routers get faster. You need a router that is fast enough to do everything you want to do. If you stream video, like using Netflix, you need a fast one. You will find "N" routers and "AC" routers. AC is faster. Blue Tooth is how two devices talk to each other. For example, your cell phone playing music over you stereo. I have a Fitbit too. I sync it with my IPhone and IPad. No internet is needed because they communicate using Bluetooth. Hope that helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There's different speeds, better coverage, etc with each modem. That will dictate the price. Your fitbit is probably looking to connect with your computer, not your modem. You may need to purchase a bluetooth adapter for the computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Basically, the pricier the router, the stronger the signal which equates to a larger coverage area with better connection speeds.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Features and quality make the process different. More money=better/more features, better range, and may be faster. Your issue with a Fitbit has nothing to do with your router.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Each router has different features are far as range, signal strength, features and antenna configuration. BUT you don't need a new WIFI router to sync a BluTooth FITBIT. They are totally different systems. BluTooth is an internal wireless technology for accessories like mice keyboards printers on your computer that has nothing to do with the WIFI router for your internet.
