Entered security pin and says it's not the pin # null

You can go to the router's page and get the pin from there.

Admin password is usually 'password' or 'admin' if it wasn't changed already. To reset to factory defaults on the router, Google the router model and 'hard reset'. Follow the directions to reset it, you may need a paper clip.

There is a pin in the manual that you must use ALONG with the associated NETGEAR provided user name. Once you get in, be sure and rename the device and change the pin since crooked folks know to look for the generic name and then try generic passwords.
