How do you get a contract with Netgear null

Netgear is not an internet service provider. You would use this in combination with a modem to provide a wireless network in your home. These would replace the equipment that you are supplied through your internet service provider, and would most likely lower your monthly bill (most internet providers charge you a fee for using their modems and routers).

if i get a router and hook it up to a tv in another room will i get cable?
