• I have been using it with TWC 30mbps speed for few month now and I had no issues, but this is just a router so you will still need to buy a modem

• This is a router not a modem so you can use it with any Modem from any company

• Yes, It works with TWC service, but remember that behind this router you need to have a Cable modem that is the first device you connect between your house network and TWC. Router only share you internet service inside your house.

• Modems have to be approved by the cable company, whatever you choose to connect to the modem is your choice as long it is is the correct type. This would connect to a cable modem just fine. Just remember to reset the modem after this is connected and of course follow the instructions. If the modem is a gateway (modem and router combo), you might have to call TWC to put the gateway modem in bridge mode, if it is a modem that they provided.
