how many feet with the router signal reach null

my wireless connection is perfect and router is at least 40 feet away from location of laptop and tablet. One story house, no extender necessary.

I have a 3200 sq/ft 2 story home placed in the downstairs center and I have no dead spots. The coverage is excellent.

I'd guess it's something like 100-200 ft but that depends on how many walls you have and how high up you place the router. My informal test is that I get signal everywhere in my 1500 sqft duplex and everywhere outside on the 5000 sqft property it sits on. I can cross the street and still get WiFi but my box is in the front window. It's as good as you'll get without buying a purpose-built range beast.

My space is 1250 sq feet. The router is about 40 feet and two walls away from my computer and it works fine wirelessly.

For two story 1900 sq f house the signal is strong everywhere.
