From the internet, run an Xfinity Speed Test. Wireless may be a lot lower than your given speed. If you get more than 30 Mbps, then your modem is doing it's job and the problem may be with malware. If so, run Malwarebytes.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Probably not as it supports download speeds up to 300 Mbs.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you are paying for premium service, why are you using a "basic" router. It's a $30 ... . not 10 years ago 1 meg business customers were putting in $2,000 Cisco or Sonic Wall routers... step up at least to the R6620 AC1200 router $100 ... it will connect at 1 gig (potential), most cheap equipment will not get that much... but all at least 100 Meg....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you need a serious upgrade to 1300 or higher. especially if you have smart tvs, game consoles, computers, mobile devices all on same network dual band.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.First download and run free software called SpeedTest or use one from local carrier. Comcast has their own speed test software. Record your ping, download and upload. Upload is always going to be slower. You want a low ping as well for speed and responsiveness in gaming. If pages are loading slow also need to clear browser cache and scan computer for viruses, malware, spyware. Spybot and Advanced System Care Free (all free) will help. Your computer RAM, processor speed, and strength can also make a difference. But in all AC routers are much better and faster. N routers are old technology but should stll load pages quickly. If you have recent computer with AC wifi you are dumbiung it down to N technology. AC Routers are not up to 3200 or more speed. I would upgrade router at this point to at least 1300 to 1500.
