I had a Dell desk top for 15 years. I'm not really computer savvy. I bought a Hewlett-Packard all-in-one from Best Buy and the agent not only set up the new machine, but migrated the Dell to the new machine. With the hard drive wiped clean, he disposed of the old Dell for me.
