• It either means they halted sales due to they hit some limit (silly) for the MAR10 promo, or it is further confusion around which retailers are offering what for the MAR10 promos. Nintendo should have just handled the digital sales for this game for this promo through their own eShop.

• If I had to guess, I think it means you can't but the Mario and Luigi games included with this separately but might be better to talk to Best Buy or Nintendo to get a good answer.

• I assume it means that the individual (you) shouldn't sell this game code yourself. Tbh I don't know, but if you were worried that you can't buy 1 copy of the game, don't be.
