“The headline says Auto Defrost but in the Specifications section it says Manual. Which is correct?”

This question is for: NewAir - 3.1 Cu. Ft. Compact Mini Refrigerator with Freezer, Can Dispenser and Energy Star - Black

Thank you for contacting Newair. The unit NRF031BK00 does not have an auto defrost therefore would need to be manually defrosted. Best Regards, Customer Care

OH MY GOSH! Thank you for posting this question! The reason why I selected it is because the description literally said "AUTO-DEFROST". Ugh - back to the drawing board. Are there any mini fridges in existence that are frost-free?

Crazy that they advertise it as auto defrost. Why hasn't best buy changed the listing? The only auto defrost models I've seen are over $1,000. I'd guess that there's not enough space to accommodate the extra mechanicals of an auto defrost (fan, ducting, evaporator pan).
