“Can you access remote viewing on the app even when the vehicle is shut off? If so is there a time limit from the time the vehicle is shut off to when it stops working? Thanks”

Hello Steve, Thank you for reaching out! Yes, as long as you are subscribed to any of the plans, you will have the option to access live view from anywhere, at any time you choose. Once the vehicle is turned off and you access live view on your phone, it may take a few seconds to load as the camera remotely wakes up, but it will be available anytime.
