• Thanks for your interest! The BNVR8-122-6L-B is a wired 4K NVR system, while the DB-DBW2 is a wireless video doorbell camera. At this time, the DB-DBW2 video doorbell is not compatible with Night Owl’s wired NVR systems, including the BNVR8-122-6L-B. The doorbell works through the Night Owl Protect mobile app and records to the cloud (if subscribed) or to a microSD card—not to the NVR hard drive. We’re always working to expand compatibility, but for now, these devices operate separately within the Night Owl ecosystem.
