The additional 4 channels are available for Wi-Fi IP cameras that connect wirelessly through the Night Owl app and your network. QuestionWhy do you abandon your current users. My tv had been good w the cameras. Now the resolution needed to be changed. Strange. Of 8 cameras, only 6 have ever worked. Three come and go. I'm so ready to use it as target practice at this time. No support.

QuestionIf we do continuous record with 4 cameras, how many days/hours will it record at a time? Will it automatically start deleting older days and record over them, or do we have to log in every so many days and download/delete?

- Answer It depends on the camera's surrounding environment. The system can be set to automatically overwrite or to stop recording when the hard drive is full.

- Answer Thank you for the questions and happy to help as you evaluate systems. You have the option to run continuous recording or just event based recording. You can control this via the system settings. Depending on your settings the system will overwrite legacy data as it maintains current footage.
