This company's customer service & tech support leaves a lot to be desired; I had what should have been very simple to answer questions about their equipment concerning improving wireless signal capability, not only could neither tech I spoke to (2) answer my questions, they refused to hand me over to level 2 tech support team members (perhaps level2 is non existant?).
