“Why not have the questions answered by a person familiar with your system and trained in technical writing. Many of the folks that are answering the questions have good intent but leave a lot to be desired in their answer. Some are just plain wrong.”

Other customers are allowed to go onto the site and submit their own answers from a user's perspective, which is outside of our control.
