Hi there — we're sorry to hear you're having trouble with the app. At this time, Night Owl systems do not support viewing footage through a website. Viewing and playback are available through the Night Owl Protect app, directly on a monitor connected to your recorder, or through the CMS application for both Windows and Mac.
