“Hello, The app is impossible to use (either does not open, or stops after a couple of seconds- wifi is very strong with no issues), so I can not watch any footage. Can I watch it on the website instead? Any other options? Thanks”

Hi there — we're sorry to hear you're having trouble with the app. At this time, Night Owl systems do not support viewing footage through a website. Viewing and playback are available through the Night Owl Protect app, directly on a monitor connected to your recorder, or through the CMS application for both Windows and Mac.
