  • QuestionHello, The app is impossible to use (either does not open, or stops after a couple of seconds- wifi is very strong with no issues), so I can not watch any footage. Can I watch it on the website instead? Any other options? Thanks

    • Answer To view all cameras at the same time on your phone app with the Night Owl 8-Channel, 4-Camera Indoor/Outdoor Plug-In Wi-Fi IP 4K System, the microSD card does not need to be in the hub for this feature to work. Here’s how it works: The cameras stream live footage to the app via Wi-Fi, and the microSD card is mainly used for local storage of recorded footage (not required for live viewing). You should be able to view all connected cameras simultaneously as long as your hub is properly connected to your network and the cameras are paired. If you're having trouble viewing all the cameras at once, make sure: Your Wi-Fi signal is strong and stable. Your hub is correctly set up and linked to the app. Ensure that the app is updated to the latest version. In theory you could modify a mount but that isn't something for intended use. We do offer indoor cams and a Pan Tilt camera that would work better for your use.
